Notification No 14/2020- Central Tax dated 21st March, 2020 applicable to a tax invoice issued to an unregistered person by a registered person (B2C invoice) whose annual aggregate turnover exceeds Rs.500 Crores in any of the financial years from 2017-18 onwards. The seller has to print B2C QR Code on the invoice. This would allow the customer to pay by scanning the the QR Code. You can now generate B2C QR Code from GSTZen. You can test is out using B2C QR Code Generator.
Step 1 Select the GSTIN from Dashboard. Click on manage and Edit.
Step 2 Provide B2C QR Code details and save.
Step 3 Create/Upload B2C invoices.
You may upload the invoices through sales register or through excel along with the e-invoices. Make sure that you mention the Invoice type/ Transaction type as B2C so that GSTZen is able to pick them up as B2C invoices.
You can create a B2C invoice directly from sales register.
Step 4 In the sales register, select the particular invoice number.
Click on PDF to generate the PDF for that invoice. The Dynamic B2C QR code will be displayed in the PDF which can be scanned for making payment.
