The e-Invoice Dashboard gives you a summary of all e-Invoices you have created. The dashboard shows the count of e-Invoices that were Generated, Pending, Cancelled, and received Errors for.
Click on the count and GSTZen will directly open the corresponding invoices in your Sales register. This table is useful to keep a count of all the e-Invoices generated. You may easily access pending e-Invoices or errors and rectify the same from here.
You can now convert JSON of the Auto-populated e-Invoices in the government portal into Excel through GSTZen’s JSON to Excel converter. Use our GSTR-1 e-Invoice JSON to Excel Converter to convert your auto-populated GSTR 1 data.
GSTZen has developed a B2C Dynamic QR Code Generator that will be of great use during the testing process. You may use this B2C Dynamic QR Code Generator to generate a sample QR code with the payment details. JSON payload samples for both B2B IGST and B2B CGST/SGST invoices are posted on GSTZen’s Useful Tools page. You may download the JSON sample or view the raw data online. The sample payload will also display a sample PDF Invoice with the payload values.
The new Tally Integration will allow you to upload your Sales Register directly into GSTZen through Tally. This gives users the option to upload Sales invoices through either Excel or Tally.
You may now reconcile GSTR 2B with your Purchase Register through GSTZen. Under the Quick Actions Menu, choose Reconcile Books vs Govt. Portal Data. You will now find the Books v/s GSTR 2B option.
You may now view and download GSTR 1 Sales invoices and GSTR 2A Purchase invoices in the government portal directly from GSTZen.
You may filter and view invoices of your choice. On the GSTR 2A government data page, you will also find the status of GSTR 2A and GSTR 2B v/s Books. The invoice list can also be downloaded in Excel from this page.
You may now download Table 8A of GSTR 9 as a part of the Consolidated Report. All Invoices and Credit/Debit Notes will be made available in this excel report. To view these details, scroll down to the section F) GSTR-1 and GSTR-2A/2B XLS Downloads (Based on Filing Period) on your Consolidated report.
You may now monitor any downtime in the software caused by the Government portal or GSTZen. At the bottom of all pages in GSTZen software, you may now view the System status:
You may click on the System Status to view the Uptime trend of the past 90 days. The status is also equipped to give a real-time report on downtime.
