- Questions about refunds and cancellations should be addressed to support@gstzen.in with the Subject line – Refunds
- Payments made to GSTZen are used for various services such as monthly return filing subscription, yearly return filing subscription, data transfer charges, data conversion charges. GSTZen will refund unutilized balance to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days upon receipt of the refund request.
