Error – Invoice already present, but with a different date


The invoice you are trying to upload is already available in GSTZen portal.

Here are some of the common reasons this error occurs:

  • Invoice date format is different

  • Invoice date is incorrect

  • Invoice number is incorrect, etc

Steps to fix this


  • GSTZen will display the Row Number which is the source of the issue

  • Identify the Row Number as shown in the screenshot

  • Make required changes to either the invoice in GSTZen server or the new invoice you are tying to upload

  • Upload the purchase invoices
