Upload and Attach Documents related to your Invoices

A very useful feature of GSTZen is Attachments. Almost every page in your portal, such as that of a Sales Invoice or Purchase Invoice or Payment receipt allows you to attach documents to that page. You can scan and store related documents so that you do not lose them.

In this video, we are looking at a Purchase Invoice. The paper clip symbol on the top right of the page shows the number of attached documents. In this page, we don’t have any. Let’s quickly attach a document. Click on the Add button, choose your file, specify any remarks against the file, and upload your attachment.

As you saw, that was easy. Upload your documents so that you do not lose track of them.
